I love the outdoors and I gain both mental clarity and physical health from our public lands. One of my dreams is to actually see a mountain lion in the wild. I feel deeply that I can and should contribute to the conservation and preservation of our wild places, and through GIS I hope to accomplish that in some small way.

I got burnt out, badly, in the private environmental consulting field. After a long and successful career I abruptly changed directions to do something I was more passionate about, managing a healthcare and fitness facility. Meandering through my late 30’s and into my early 40’s I have been drawn once again to the field of GIS, but this time in a capacity that I hope to have more of an influence on.

Now operating as a one-person GIS shop, I have a great deal of flexibility in the projects I choose and the rates I charge. I am mobile, adaptable, efficient and cost effective for my clients. Regardless of if I am working on a Habitat Conservation Plan or helping you map out a self supported backcountry adventure, I have the tools and expertise required for success.
